ck44cm Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ck44cm platform and all its services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to all of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1 General Terms

ck44cm ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online gaming and entertainment service for Bangladeshi users. The following terms apply to the use of any service on the platform.

1.1 Definitions

• "User" means any person who is registered on or using the ck44cm platform.
• "Account" means the user's registered profile and funds.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

• A person may operate only one account.

3 Account Registration

By registering on ck44cm, you create a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• Each user may open only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, address, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate.
• The user must create a strong password and keep it confidential.
• The account must not be made available for use by any third party.

3.2 Account Security

• Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to ck44cm support immediately.
• If a password is forgotten, a reset link will be sent to the registered email.
• In the case of suspicious activity, ck44cm may temporarily suspend the account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — applicable for all payment methods.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• The deposited amount will be added to the account after it has been properly processed.
• The payment method used at the time of deposit must be registered in the user's own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

A completed deposit generally cannot be cancelled. For any erroneous transaction, please contact support immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ck44cm offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are subject to specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,000 bonus — total ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 or more and get the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total ৳32,000.
• The first deposit must be at least ৳300 to receive the bonus.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (on the bonus amount).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage is suspected, ck44cm reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.

5.4 VIP Program

ck44cm's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• All games use verified technology to ensure fair and unbiased results.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game state is saved in the system.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, ck44cm will take steps to resolve it.
• Any objection to a game result must be reported to support within 24 hours.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game. Betting limits may vary according to VIP tier. Users may also set their own betting limits for responsible gaming.

6.3 Bet Withdrawal

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or withdrawn. If a cash-out option is available, it may be used under the specified terms.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck44cm platform and if detected, the account may be permanently closed:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means or using multiple accounts.
• Playing games using software bots, automated systems, or scripts.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of a game.
• Using the account for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Creating an account with false information or concealing identity.
• Placing bets using third-party funds.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by ck44cm

ck44cm reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of a breach of the Terms.
• Non-cooperation with the identity verification process.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud.
• Court order or instruction from a law enforcement agency.

8.2 Closure by User

A user may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided. Self-exclusion or a cooling-off period may also be requested as part of responsible gaming.

9 Responsible Gaming

ck44cm believes that gaming is a recreational activity and should always be enjoyed responsibly.

9.1 Setting Limits

• Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits.
• Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit takes effect after a specified period.
• Inactivity limits may also be set.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

11.1 Service Continuity

11.2 Force Majeure

ck44cm shall not be held liable for any service disruption caused by natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, or any other circumstances beyond ck44cm's control.

12 Changes to Terms

ck44cm reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time.

• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address.
• Updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
